Where are we located? In the backyard of Agape BBQ located at: 3610 Ranch Road 1869, Liberty Hill, TX 78642 What are our hours? Friday and Saturday from 4pm to 9pm What are our rates? $25/hour per person for reservations or walk-ins. Walk-ins can also accommodate $10/15 minutes per person and $15/30 minutes per person. How many people can throw per lane? Minimum of 2 and maximum of 8, increments of 2 to facilitate competition Is there an age requirement? Yes - individuals must be 14 years or older to participate. Persons 14 - 17 must be accompanied by a legal adult. No more than 2 minors per adult will be admitted. Can I drink alcohol while I throw axes? Drinks can be purchased at Agape BBQ and are permitted in the axe throwing structure. Is food permitted while throwing axes? Food can be purchased at Agape BBQ and can be enjoyed in the backyard but is not permitted in the axe throwing structure. Should I make reservations? Yes, please make reservations from our website to ensure that you secure one of our two lanes. Walk-ins are welcome but limited to availability. Is there a cancellation fee if I do not show up? Yes, a $10 cancellation fee per person for No Shows. Reservations can be cancelled up to 12 hours in advance. The fee is waived if we close due to weather. Can I reserve entire structure for private events? Yes, please refer to contact information to reach out to us and discuss best approach to support your private event. We can also partner with Agape BBQ for onsite catering if you would like. Where should I park? Parking is available behind “Anchored By Hope” next to Agape BBQ. Is there training on how to throw axes? Before beginning your axe throwing session you will be given a brief lesson on basic techniques on axe throwing. What should I wear to throw axes? Closed-toe shoes are required. We also recommend wearing loose-fitting clothing so you can properly throw an axe. You will be lifting the axe over your head.
